Yes, dog poop surprisingly contains bacteria, parasites that can harm humans and pets and the environment. Young children and the elderly are especially at risk.
Right now, we don’t offer waste hauling because of disposal site limitations in the area. Instead, we securely double-bag the waste and place it in your outdoor trash bin. If you don’t have a bin, we’ll leave it in a clean, tidy pile near your house or fence. Most customers prefer this because it’s quick, cost-effective, and keeps their yard looking great! We’re working on offering hauling services in the future once proper disposal options are set up.
Your dog poops all year long, so we pick up all year long. Our services are available in winter, spring, summer, and fall! There is no temperature too hot or too cold for our team. Safety is a priority, however, and if we’re unable to service your company due to severe weather we will come back the following week to get caught up!
In extreme weather, we will skip service for that week and see you the following week, or we will reschedule your service for the next available day.
At Scoopin’Up, the safety of our clients and their dogs is a top priority. To ensure all dogs are safe, we clean all our equipment and shoes between each yard with a disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs. We also take gate pictures when we are done cleaning, so you know your pets won’t get out of the yard.
Scoopin’Up has service plans starting as low as $12 per week. However, pricing is based on the size of the yard, service frequency, and number of dogs.
No contracts! There is no minimum service commitment, you can start, pause, and cancel your subscription at any time by updating your customer portal, emailing us or calling us.
Yes, please leave your gate unlocked or leave a key nearby so that we can unlock the gate.
Yes, we love cleaning with dogs! We simply ask that if your dog has shown signs of aggression, you leave them inside during your cleaning. Ensuring the safety of our team is a top priority. If your dog is aggressive towards our team, you will be asked to put them inside or be completely removed from our route. We text prior to visiting your property, providing ample time to put the dogs inside if needed.
Yes, you can request a specific cleanup day. Not every cleanup day will be available in your area, but we can generally offer 2-3 options to best fit your schedule.
However, we do not provide arrival times. While we will do our best to accommodate your schedule, we optimize our routes for drive time at midnight the day before to help keep costs low.
No, you don’t need to be home. Our team provides contactless service and will notify you once your yard is clean. We often work in customers yards while they are at work. We can work with you to ensure we have access to your back yard and are able to provide our services without you being present.
No problem, just let us know and we will pause service!
